This is a six month 1:1 coaching program for highly sensitive people who are ready to reclaim their time and energy and prioritize their needs to improve their overall wellbeing. We meet on Zoom twice a month with additional Voxer support in between meetings for implementation support and accountability.
My framework for this program was created from my boundary setting work with therapy clients, coaching clients, and my own personal boundary setting work. During our meetings we will discuss barriers to setting boundaries, identifying and acknowledging your needs, coping with feelings of anxiety and guilt (and other uncomfortable feelings), and how to actually start setting boundaries. Throughout our time together, we will also identify and work on any unhelpful thought patterns that are keeping you stuck in people-pleasing mode.

Voxer support (texting, voice messaging, and file sharing) is in place for implementation strategy and questions in between our weekly calls.

I've personally found that learning how to effectively set boundaries in my life has made a huge difference in my energy levels and overall well-being. I believe that your needs are important and that in order to take care of yourself, it's necessary to set boundaries with certain people and for certain situations. Boundaries give you the space, time, and energy to take care of yourself.
Group meetings will take place on Saturday or Sunday afternoons EST.

This is an ongoing monthly membership community for HSPs seeking connection, encouragement, validation, tools, and support.
Zoom meeting every month
We meet live once a month (at a time that works for the majority of the group) to discuss our experiences as highly sensitive people, learn strategies and tools, and support each other. This allows us to connect on a deeper level with other HSPs who understand your experiences and struggles.
Resources tailored to the group's needs
I create resources based on our conversations within the community and on Zoom, which are available for you to download to access even if you decide to leave the community.
Ongoing support within the membership community
Connecting with others who have an understanding of where you're coming from and can validate your feelings and experiences is so important-- and especially so if you're a highly sensitive person, which can feel isolating at times. The membership community is a safe place where we can vent, ask questions, and get support.
