Parent with Confidence, Calm, & Intuition
GUIDING OVERWHELMED MOMS FROM BURNOUT TO BALANCE
BY RECONNECTING WITH THEIR MATERNAL INSTINCTS
I support overwhelmed moms who feel like they’re just getting by, helping them reconnect with their maternal instincts to create a peaceful, enjoyable parenting experience. Through my guidance, they move from reactive to calm, chaos to peace, and anxiety to confidence, so they can raise happy, well-adjusted children while actually enjoying motherhood.

"I want a space where I feel truly understood as a sensitive mom— somewhere I can get support without judgment, learn how to manage my energy, and connect with others who just get it. I want to stop feeling constantly overstimulated, exhausted, and guilty for needing more rest. I want to trust my instincts, set boundaries without second-guessing myself, and create a calm, connected home for my little ones."

1:1 Mentorship for Moms
"I want to feel confident and calm as a mom instead of constantly overwhelmed and second-guessing myself. I want to stop reacting out of stress and start parenting from a place of intuition and connection. I want to set boundaries without guilt, take care of myself without feeling selfish, and create a peaceful home where both my child and I can thrive. I’m ready for personalized support to help me trust myself, break free from survival mode, and truly enjoy motherhood."

Meet Lauren
Hi, I’m Lauren, a mentor for sensitive moms who want to trust their intuition, set boundaries with confidence, ask for support when they need it, and create a peaceful, fulfilling motherhood experience.
With an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, years of experience supporting highly sensitive women, and being a mom myself (I have a 2.5 year old and our second child on the way), I know firsthand how overwhelming motherhood can feel when you’re constantly overstimulated, overextended, second-guessing yourself, and feeling like you're not totally sure who you even are anymore. If you’ve been stuck in survival mode, feeling reactive, exhausted, and unsure if you’re doing “enough” as a mom, you’re not alone, and I’m here to help.
As a mom myself, I understand the deep love you have for your child and the guilt that creeps in when you feel like you’re falling short. I also know that when you learn to honor your needs, trust your instincts, and let go of the pressure to parent a certain way, everything shifts. You become more present, patient, and connected-- not just to your child, but to yourself. I teach moms how to move from overwhelm to calm, from people-pleasing to empowered, and from chaos to peace, all by reconnecting with the inner wisdom they already have.
Motherhood isn’t meant to feel like a constant struggle. You deserve to enjoy this season of life while raising an emotionally healthy child. I’d love to help you get there. Let’s walk this journey together.

"Lauren is warm, welcoming, and an excellent listener."

When I first met Lauren I was unsure about coaching, and I quickly warmed up to the experience. I guess I was a skeptic across the board, because I wasn't sold on this whole "HSP" term either! Yet, I was coming in with a lot of sensitivities and bigger emotional reactions than I felt appropriate to the stimulus.
Working with Lauren was incredibly helpful. She does a wonderful job of normalizing thoughts and experiences and educating on how being a highly sensitive person folds into the thoughts/experiences being discussed. She is warm, welcoming, and an excellent listener. She really helped me understand what being a highly sensitive person means, what it looks like in my own life, and ways to embrace as well as support my personal needs.
I found Lauren's recap notes that she'd send after sessions helpful, I'd read them and go, "Huh, I did say that..." With Lauren's psychoeducation about being an HSP, as well as attending HSP community meetings, I came to a level of acceptance and appreciation of HSP qualities that I didn't think I could get to! Her help allowed me to unlock a lot more self acceptance, internal peace, and easier ways to manage big reactions! Because of our work together I have a better understanding of HSPs, much better tools to support sensitivities, and finally found normalization/community in being an HSP, which really helps me accept HSP experiences.
