Being a highly sensitive person can sometimes feel isolating and as though others don't understand you, so connecting with another HSP can be very validating and normalize what you deal with on a daily basis. Boundary & Self-Care Coaching can help you become more aware of what your needs are and how to make sure these needs are met by implementing certain tools and strategies-- and it can be helpful to have someone to hold you accountable for following through on implementing these tools and working toward your goals.
