"I have done therapy for years but just learned about being an HSP under a year ago. For months, I have been wanting someone who understands the complexities of being Highly Sensitive and can coach me through the twists and turns as I own it and figure out how bounce back from the challenges and embrace the strengths."

"I’m an HSP too, so I think it helps to have somebody that understands the situation and looks deeper into it. If you go to a counselor or therapist or psychologist, sometimes they’re not looking at the highly sensitive piece, so some of the stuff they recommend is not going to be really effective with a highly sensitive person. I found that it’s more effective with the situation being looked at through a lens of high sensitivity.”

You’re a highly sensitive person who is doing your best to take care of yourself, but trying to keep up with everyone else’s pace feels like you're running a marathon that you didn’t sign up for (and it’s exhausting!).
I totally get it. Right now, you might be feeling overwhelmed, worn out, and frustrated. Maybe you’re asking yourself, “Why can other people do [insert thing here] so easily, but I can’t, no matter how hard I try?” I remember feeling like a failure because, no matter how many times I tried, I just couldn’t work 40 hours a week without ending up completely drained, overstimulated, and too exhausted to enjoy anything else in my life.
Feeling this way is completely normal (even though it’s tough), and you’re far from alone—I’ve met so many highly sensitive people who go through the same thing. The reason your self-care might not be working is that it’s not tailored to your unique needs as a highly sensitive person.
It’s easy to get down on yourself, feeling like you can’t measure up to others or society’s expectations. You’re always there for others when they need a listening ear or a helping hand, but rarely do the same for yourself, leaving you feeling drained, frustrated, and maybe even a bit resentful. But, despite all this, it can feel impossible to say no when people need you, right?
Sometimes, being highly sensitive can feel more like a curse than a gift.
But what if I told you there is a way to truly take care of yourself—a way to learn the tools and strategies you need to set boundaries, view yourself with compassion and acceptance, and take charge of your well-being and your life? It’s possible, and I’m here to help you get there.
I believe that the three key pieces to effective self-care for highly sensitive people are:
These three components lead to self-acceptance, confidence, and empowerment, and ultimately, sustainable self-care practices!
PICTURE THIS:
You’ve unlocked a deep understanding of yourself and your unique traits, allowing you to tap into your full potential. You’ve got all the tools you need to practice self-care that truly works for you, keeping your well-being in check without a second thought. You feel empowered and compassionate toward yourself, thriving in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming. You set clear boundaries and confidently put your needs first—without the guilt.
All of this is possible for you, and my coaching programs are designed to get you there.
"I want to learn how I can effectively take care of myself as a highly sensitive person. I'm looking for tools as well as support and accountability, and I want to connect with other HSPs who have the same goal."
"I want personalized support specific to my needs, enabling me to understand myself better as a highly sensitive person, practice effective self-care, and feel confident in who I am."
"I want to learn and access self-care and boundary setting tools specific to HSPs and connect with other HSPs at an affordable rate."
As a highly sensitive person, you experience the world with a depth and intensity that is unique. This sensitivity can be a profound gift, yet it often comes with challenges such as feeling overwhelmed, drained, or misunderstood. Self-care and empowerment coaching is specifically tailored to help you harness your sensitivity and transform it into a source of strength and empowerment.
My programs help you to:
Many HSPs struggle with putting their needs first, often feeling guilty or selfish. My coaching programs help you redefine self-care as a necessity, not a luxury. You will learn to prioritize yourself confidently, ensuring that your well-being is at the forefront of your daily life.
Effective self-care is more than just occasional pampering; it's a consistent practice of nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. I'll guide you to develop personalized self-care routines that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, helping you feel rejuvenated and resilient.
Understanding your sensitivity is the first step towards embracing it. Through coaching, you'll gain insights into your unique needs and triggers. This self-awareness empowers you to make choices that honor your sensitivity and enhance your overall well-being.
Self-compassion is crucial for HSPs who often internalize their struggles. My coaching programs teach you to approach yourself with kindness and understanding, replacing self-criticism with self-love. This shift in mindset fosters a healthier relationship with yourself and enhances your emotional resilience.
Empowerment comes from recognizing your inner strength and potential. Coaching will help you build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and navigate life's challenges with grace. You will learn to advocate for yourself and create a life that aligns with your values and desires.

"Our coaching sessions have reinforced my own observations of myself and my daughter and have provided me with practical ideas on how to respond to my daughter's tantrums and stubborn streak. We've made a smooth transition into kindergarten, thanks in part to Lauren's thoughtful guidance leading into the school year."
