Being a highly sensitive person can sometimes feel isolating and as though others don't understand you, so connecting with another HSP can be very validating and normalize what you deal with on a daily basis. Boundary Setting Coaching can help you become more aware of what your needs are and how to make sure these needs are met by implementing certain tools and strategies-- and it can be helpful to have someone to hold you accountable for following through on implementing these tools and working toward your goals.

This is a six month 1:1 coaching program for HSPs who are ready to reclaim their time and energy and start ensuring that their needs get met to improve their overall wellbeing. We meet on Zoom twice a month with additional Voxer support in between meetings for implementation support and accountability.
This is a monthly membership community for parents who are highly sensitive and are seeking connection, encouragement, validation, tools, accountability, and support.
