I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, MATCH-ADTC, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and working with highly sensitive people.
I work with individuals, couples, and families; children, teens, and adults.
Due to my licensure, I am only able to work with people residing in New Hampshire, and all sessions take place remotely. I take self-pay and insurance.
